Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic or skincare products. This policy is in place to maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure that all our customers receive brand-new, unopened products.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

Upon review, if your claim is approved, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed, and we will be unable to cancel it.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select your items carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued for a damaged or defective product, the original cost of the product will be refunded, but shipping fees will not be included.
