Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. -

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.
For expedited or international shipping options, additional fees may apply. -
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ship your order. You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method during checkout. -
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international shipments take 7-21 business days. Customs processing may cause delays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their shipment. These fees are not included in the total cost at checkout and vary by country.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. -
Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information confirms that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
If you receive a damaged item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. -
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. -
Order Cancellations and Changes
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to processing. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancel it. After this period, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order. -
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we only ship to the following locations: United States, Canada, and Europe. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. -
